Messianic Complex

Being a wife or husband does NOT give you magical powers to save people.  You can't save anyone.  Only Jesus saves.  That's it.  He's the only one.  Nowhere in the Word does it say that the Father, Son, Holy Ghost and you are going around saving folks.  If your Bible says those words, then I bet you wrote them in there.

Being married doesn't mean that you can change or save anyone.  You can be an example, but only Christ saves.  You can not save or heal or fix anyone, but you can hold their hand while they save, fix, and heal themselves.  That is what being a spouse is about.  You are a helpmate.
